Great body shop! Honest, fair, and super reliable. Went to a few other body shops and this one was so accommodating with all of my needs that I chose to go with Direct Repair Autobody Incorporated.

Never go here or bring your car here. Extremely disrespectful. My car got towed here after an accident. Came the next day and said we'll take the car to our family member's shop and we'll pay for the tow. Made up a bill for $326 for towing my car 5 minutes (one way) and holding it for 16 hours. Extremely disrespectful to my father making comments such as "I didn't know you were in the towing industry, what do you know." Treat you like idiots. Never giving them any business again, scumbags.

100 % hands down of a fantastic job on my car that was hit bad front and rear. They made sure my 08 looked like it did when I bought it brand new from the dealership..
