I completely disagree with the previous post. They are very warm and kind, and did a wonderful job with my little dog who gets very frightened easily. Prices are extremely reasonable, and the length of time it takes allows them to treat the animals well and give little breaks so they aren't traumatized about being groomed.

I took my dog there several times and was not pleased with the length of time it took for grooming, 4-5 hours. I will not take her back, very unprofessional atmosphere.
