I rented a clown to come to my son's first birthday party at 6 pm. The location of the party was only about a 15 minute drive from the store. I received a call from the store manager telling me the clown was running a little late and will be there at about 6:30. It was then 7:30 and he had not shown up. After several calls, he finally answered and said he was lost. Long story short, he arrived at 9:45PM! The kids were all tired and cranky, including my one year old! Frank Bee will never get my money again!!! They double book their entertainment and then call you with ridiculous excuses!!

First they sent me the wrong size, then they took too long to send the correct size, and I was left without the required attire.
