General Info

I specialize in treating disordered eating and body image, and work to help my clients focus on improving their overall quality of living and sense of well-being. We work collaboratively, with lots of dialogue, to make unique and useful goals and use specific tools to help create new ways of coping with challenging thoughts and feelings.
