Hair Center of Boston is not a "Hair Center." It is a sham organization that is no longer licensed to operate as a business by the City of Boston.

I had the misfortune of sharing an office building with one of the "Hair Center's" many incarnations.

They do not take phone calls. Martha and Jimmy solicit customers by showing up unannounced. They informed one of our customers that he was bald and their products could help him. They give samples of creams and shower caps to anyone who will listen. They glued one of their business cards to our office door. Dealing with them is an unending nightmare. Martha was in our office trying to make her sales pitch and Jimmy called my phone from his office downstairs to give her a message!

We had not seen or heard from them in years and now they are back in the Allston/Brighton area, going from business to business, wasting people's time. One of my coworkers saw them pitching their miracle hair cream at Walgreen in Allston last week. Even threatening to call the police does not get rid of them.

Why are people renting office spaces to these charlatans???

Martha and Jimmy have moved to 569 Cambridge Street.

They gave my name and number as a reference to their new landlord!

These people are the worst. Martha and Jimmy come to our office at least once a week with cardboard boxes full of products and handmade posterboards. They talk to our patients and help themselves to our facilities and breakroom coffee and snacks.

You can't reach them! They pick up and hang up! I went to 697 Cambridge and there is no Hair Center!

How do you reach them? They hang up the phone without saying a word. Please advise! Thank you.
