It is a holding company of Producto Corporation, Moore Tool Company and Moore Nanotechnology Systems. Founded in 1924, Moore Tool Company manufactures jig grinders, diamond drum lathes and special-purpose equipment, as well as provides remanufacturing and retrofitting services for a variety of machine tools. Producto Corporation provides precision-hardened and ground parts, die sets, injection blow and mold bases and thermoforming tools through its subsidiaries, Ring Precision Components and Tooling Components & Systems. Moore Nanotechnology Systems develops standard machine tools and accessories for the electro-optical markets.
