I hired this company to file my 2013 taxes. I was pretty happy with the service until it was time to get my refund back. It has been 2.5 months and I still have yet to get my refund and I continue to email and call Platinum Tax Services with no response from them. They were asked to efile and request direct deposit for the refund but i am not sure if they did or not?? I did not receive any copy of the tax information for my refund....I cant get a straight answer about anything...they will not return my call!!
