I first used All Appliance Parts Sarasota about two years ago to fix my clothes dryer. I had no real knowledge of the machine operations and maintenance and I was about to buy a new dryer, when a friend suggested me calling the store.

The store owner not only help me to figure out the problem, but also help me to get the parts I needed. I think I saved a lot of money that day because I did not have to pay for a repairman, and I had a sense of personal gratification knowing that I could fix the problem in the dryer myself. There is something manly about it.

About a month ago, my clothes washer also broke. It was something simple and, just like the last time, I contacted the owner of All Appliance Parts and in no time I was able to diagnose what was broken in the machine, and I got to buy the part.

I do not live in Florida and I still rely heavily on this store to buy my appliance parts when I need them.

They offer great and prompt service and fast shipping in my case.

I rate it 5 stars.

I have been there several times over the years. And everytime I go there you give me the wrong thing. So I have to go back and get their correct belt for my dryer. I give him the make and model number and he still gets it wrong. And what really stinks now if I can only do this on the weekends and its not open on the weekends. So i have to go on the weekdays and do it again on the next weekend. What a waste of time. I just wish there was another place.

My dishwasher broke the night before a very important client dinner....I called And Christian answered the phone, I knew right away that I was going to be OK. His professionalism and knowledge of the problem and what was needed put my mind at ease. My dishwasher got fixed, my client dinner went off without a hitch, and all is well. Christian even followed up to see how things were doing a few weeks later. A great veteran owned business and one that I will be keeping on speed dial for my next crisis! Thanks guys!

My dryer wasn't drying completely, the knowledgeable salesman knew what the problem was and how to fix it, even had the parts I needed in stock. Thanks guys you really save me some serious $$

Great company all vet owned and operated! Loved the extra time taken to answer my questions and make sure I had what I needed.

Looked all over for a washing machine part and All appliance Parts had it! Very helpful!!! Was able to get the 10 part and install myself and save the 75$ service fee!
