Kathy, the owner of Zoe Hair Studio, cut my hair today. I walked in without an appt as she was about to leave. I told her I want my hair cut. She said that she could do it right now. What perfect timing. She was going to take the rest of the day off, but she made time for me and a man after me.

I explained what I wanted, and she understood. The cut came out wonderful. I am very happy with it. I plan to go back to her.

The other thing I want to mention is that I like a peaceful atmosphere when I am having my hair done. She accommodated me by shutting off the music so I could talk easily to her. Kathy is someone who is very willing to please her customers.

She is the kind of hairdresser that I want.
