The entire experience was quit...

The entire experience was quite good.

I was impressed from the knowledgeable technician and from his professional attitude.

From the beginning, the representative was helpful and directed me to the exact service I needed - carpet cleaning for my carpeted stairs + 5 rooms carpets. The steam equipment was impressive leaving the carpets clean as new. Gave me a free deodorizing treatment and left me satisfied with the result.

Will use 'em again and already recommended to my mother!
