A few months ago I received the worst cut and color of my life at another local salon -- my blonde was orange and streaky and the long layers I asked for came out as a weird, angulated psuedo-mullet (I am not kidding!). I grew out hair for three months and then went to Donna for help, and she was amazing! She and Michael assessed the damage and formulated a rehabilitation plan . . . and after three and a half hours of multiple glazes, foils, more glazes and a cut, I have hair I am proud to show off and I have never been happier with my cut and color in my life! Thank you so much to Donna and The Loft! They were sympathetic, kind, professional and their high-standards and expertise were obvious. I will never go anywhere else again!
