Regular HoursRegular call-in hours are 1:00 to 4:00 on Monday afternoons unless it is an emergency, in which case you can call whenever you can get a phone during business hours (9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., Monday to Friday). On weeks when Monday is a holiday, PLS accepts calls on Tuesday from 1:00 to 4:00.
