I had Water Damage Team come out and clean my sofa because my kid got sick on it....besides that they step on it, so it was pretty dirty. When the arrived they told me that it is no guarantee that the stains will come out since i waited so long to call them. That told me that they are honest because all other companies told me, "yeh sure we can get anything out", and they couldn't! Anyway they cleaned my sofa and put some kind of deodorizer on it for the smell. to my surprise my sofa came cleaned....I love this company!!!!Recommended because

This company is unique! like everyone else i want good and skilled service. i tried few other companies for my carpets, mold and air ducts (my house is very old and i have so many problems with it...) but there always something missing. some problems with carpets, with remainders of mold... and that kind of small things that bugged me out. a friend of mine told me about Water Damage Team and i called them to try how good actually they are.... welll they ARE actually ULTRA good! We had a flood our home from a pipe burst right next to the boiler. We called in Restorationvip Water Damage Specialist as the water kept coming. They arrive within 45 minutes with a plumber to fix the pipe, and with equipment which they use to start removing the water. It took nearly 4 hours to remove all the water and another 2 hours they spent cleaning. Very impressive work. They let a couple of drying machines in my home which they will check on tommorow. Ok, first I have to say that they had my interest the moment they said they were a green company. I have 3 kids and a dog that forgets he is to go outside to use the bathroom so when I'm not there he uses it in the living room. Now the kids, they spilled juice, or my soda, just imagine all the stains. So I don't have the time, patience or desire to clean my carpet. I looked on yahoo and set an appointment. When I called they were so helpful and they scheduled me that fits into my schedule. The technician was very nice and helpful. The cleaning process did not take forever and my kids and dog were able to be in the house. The carpet looked so good that now I make sure there are no cups in the living room and that the dog goes out more often...I don't want to have to clean the carpets again even though their prices are reasonable. If I have to I would use them again.

I liked the fact that the cleaning solution can be eco. I needed cleaning of my sofas, chairs and rugs. The girl on the phone scheduled me for the next day. The technician cleaned everything very professionally. He treated the spots and than treated the whole carpet and wash it. I will definitely use them again.

The technician arrived on time, looked very professional in his uniform, he gave me a written estimate before he started the job. He spent 1h in our house cleaning the sofa and the carpet and spent extra time on removing the pet urine spots. I am very happy with the job he did.
