I went to Kim nails right before my wedding and they did my toes and nails in gel polish I paid close to 90$ for it. My nails were horribly uneven and within three days the pastel green I had picked out turned black!!! I called Kim nails and explained I was married and went on my honeymoon and explained the situation they were rude on the phone told me that it was probably mood changing polish i assured them I didn't pick mood changing polish and this looked as if ink or something had smudges all over my toes and nails. They set me up and appointment to come in I went in at three as discussed and they made me wait 45 mins before they assisted me the older woman I believe the owner was very rude to me she told me it was my fault the polish messed up that I wore shoes??? Uhm I can't wear shoes on my hands!! And I assured her I wore no shoes but sandals and opened toe shoes seeing as I was on my honeymoon at the beach. She then said that then the polish was old as in I waited to long to come in! My polish turned colors three days after I got them done! So she sits down in front of me I'm fuming mad and starts to paint my toes the exact same color gel polish and she didn't even take the black stuff off! Horrible customer service and horrible pedicures and manicures. The most horrible I've ever encountered. I finally left very angry and went to top nails and they fixed my toes and nails flawlessly. And the nail tech also assured me that gel doesn't turn black!

I would not recommend this place to anyone !! I had a set of gel polish done, it started peeling and changing colors (not first time this has happened) so I called to see if I could come in . The mother said I could come back anytime tomorrow , of course when I call to come back they refuse to make time to fix two nails , I already paid for . I had to drive from star to get here and I'm continuously let down . I will not be returning

Clean, competent, attentive and friendly. Even as a "walk in" never had to wait more than a few minutes.Nails always look awesome and long lasting!

Best Nail salon in Boise! Family is friendly, hours are great, no waiting and prices are very reasonable. I won't go anywhere else! bb

I don't normally give reviews but I have tried several nail salons in Boise Idaho and this one is the BEST around by far.
