I used to love coming here. It was slightly expensive, but at least I got decent quantity of food. My experience yesterday was awful. I asked for the Ultimate Gyro and to replace the lettuce with spinach. Apparently that isn't an option, even though they offer spinach dishes. You'd think that would be easy, but I was told their pizzas are actually prepackaged meals. Once I received my gyro, I was expecting a side dish of fries, because in the recent past, I've always gotten fries with the order without specifically requesting it. I approached the manager about this and not once did he apologize. He simply stated they have been doing the a la carte menu style for over 3 years now and, in different words, essentially told me I was wrong. Not even an, "I'm sorry you were disappointed". With that kind of attitude I feel like writing this review right now isn't going to make a lick of difference. I will never be going back there again and neither will anyone from the large party I was with.

I will never go back to the Bloomfield location.



We had to ASK for refills of water & cocktails. We did ask for an additional napkin and never did get one. The server never came back to our table after she delivered the food to see if we needed anything else. We had to ask her to take away the empty dishes..she did not ask if we wanted coffee/tea dessert..she just left the check and walked away.POOR service..
