Good office, great doctors. I can always get my child in the same day I call. Have needed help with some special issues with my son and they helped immensely. I Highly recommend

This doctors office is completely unorganized and unprofessional. They have changed appointments without notifying me and they are nearly impossible to contact -- the phone is always busy. When you do manage to get through, the receptionists sound harried and don't take the time to listen; thus, the phone call is confusing because they do not understand what you are asking. They are also rude and tend to blame the patient for their own mistakes. The receptionist hung up on me on my last phone call, after I had spent three 1/2 hours trying to get through. There has to be better health care out there for your children!!!
