We live in Great Falls, and when my car, which I had given to my granddaughter, died outside of Butte, it got pulled back to Billings. Someone had recommended Russiff, and he got the car towed to his place, and the next day, told us the prognosis was bad! So we had sent him a check already, and my granddaughter had a small car that needed fixing up so she could drive it to Missoula to a wedding. He took the money he had, and fixed up her little car, to where it was safe. It needed a new front axle, a wheel bearing, new tires, etc. One wheel was on by one nut, and if she had driven it the way it was, she could have been killed if that wheel came off. Soooo, James is an awesome mechanic, wonderful caring person, and fair as all get out. I would recommend Russiff Auto to everybody I know! Please take your vehicles to him if you need any work done on your car. He went above and beyond anything I've seen at other places!
