Tried to purchase internet with this company, was very clear I needed both wired and wireless and the sales person promised both. Truthfully, I have dealt with few companies that are so disorganized and provide such terrible service. Took 8 phone calls to finally get someone to come, then they refused to provide wireless without another $100 fee. This company is an insult to the Cedar City, UT community. Poor show Optimum. You will never have my business.

Ever since bressnan was taken over by optimum the quality of our service went from a seven to a one. I contacted customer service several times and got no help. I finally ended up canceling my cable and getting satelite. I still have there internet service, but am looking for another provider for it also.

There bandwidth increased minimally, prices increased, latency tripled, customer support is much worse than before... i can't even explain how bad their customer support is. I have had nothing but trouble with this company, and will not go back to them after this weekend.
