Chris and CJ are the best. They know their stuff, don't charge for taking a look, can solve the problem fast and fair, and charge fairly too. They have diagnosed and fixed problems for me for under $100 that the FORD dealer quoted me huge money to diagnose and incorrectly wanted to replace entire parts of my engine, and later my transmission, needlessly, for several thousand dollars. I always take their recommendations when they tell me something needs to be done, and listened when they tell me something does not need to be done (I come up with all kinds of 'brilliant' ideas).



My request: do keep your appointments and do intend to have Chris do the work you ask him to spend time diagnosing-this is a small business. They don't charge for the time they give you for the diagnosis, and in my experience, the repair they do cost me about the same or less than what Ford wanted to charge me just to (incorrectly) diagnose the problem. I love this place, and am grateful for everything they have done for me. By the way, I tried to post a longer review earlier, and the web page seemed to drop what I wrote. If it looks like I posted twice, this is why I did! Oh, and there is a different Oceanworks around the corner-it's not the same place!
