Went to Jose Peppers on Tuesday, 4/21/15 for a birthday. Our bill was $40.96, so left a cash tip of $10 (1x$5, 4x$1, 4xquarters). I crossed through the gratuity line, wrote the total of $40.96 at the bottom and signed it. Two days later (Thursday, 4/23/15) I looked at my credit card charges and saw Jose Peppers had billed me for $46.96). In effect, we had now paid a gratuity in the amount of 40% of the meal. Christine the manager offered to credit my card for $6 but I told her because of all the aggravation, I wanted the entire amount removed from my card. It didn't help I had to call 3 times, and was placed on hold for 5-10 minutes each time. Christine has been unable to get ahold of her boss. She finally said she would take the responsibility for removing the entire charge of $46.96. Needless to say, we won't be returning to this restaurant.

Awesome restaurant! Great food and fantastic service! Waitress was just wonderful. She was very friendly and after we were done she asked if we wanted ice cream for our 4 yr old. The food, portion and taste, was amazing! Will definitely be returning!

i highly recomend this restaurant because they have amazing food, amazing service and it is tex mex food! they have a large selection and variety of foods on the menu!!!
