For more than 30 years, Definitive Audio has been providing some of the finest in electronic home entertainment Established in 1975, the mission of Definitive Audio has been to provide the people of the Pacific Northwest with a choice of some of the world's finest electronic entertainment products. Definitive Audio is most justifiably renowned for its custom installation and service division. Headed by a licensed member of Architects Institute of America, this department includes more than 25 licensed and certified engineers, low-voltage technicians, computer aided design specialists, an acoustician and a team of highly trained installation technicians. Located in Bellevue, Wash., Definitive Audio is a privately owned company that employs nearly 70 people.

Wayne never showed up for our consultation at the Bellevue showroom as we had previously agreed over email. When I called him from the showroom asking about our appointment it was clear he had forgotten my name. After a moment of scrambling he claimed he had double-booked me and another client and was heading in the opposite direction. Either the other client was offering more business than I was or his car was incapable of pulling a U-turn.

Moving on.
