We just purchased our Honda gold wing F6B Deluxe from Rocco.... He was wonderful. Easy to talk to, very informative , helpful and calls you back in a timely fashion. We felt like we knew him for years after meeting him... He and Alan made purchasing our bike a breeze... We just recommended them to friends of ours. This is truly the best place to buy bike from ... Great customer service, great deals and quality products . highly recommend going there and meeting their staff!

Hi Consumers and Buyers,

I have went to Motorcycle mall as I have made a decision to purchase a Suzuki GSXR 600 for a 2014 model, that was displayed at $8599 ( A left over model ). While negotiating the fees for Freight, Doc and Prep along with my APR, It was brought to my attention that the 0% Apr does not apply. Only option told to me, is to get an APR of 7.99%. I was shocked that a negotiated price would not apply, so I called Suzuki corporate Headquarters and Both banks (Sheffield financial & Synchrony financial) to clarify my eligibility of the offer. All 3 parties, validated that I am correct with my eligible offer at 0% APR. They explained that there are two offers, one is cash back which will put you on 7.99% or a 0% APR with no cash back. The dealer will make you choose between both and make it seem as if there is no room to negotiate the MSRP (Final price). Who in their right mind will believe that MSRP is the final price. Both banks clearly stated that the 0.00% APR still stands. Note: If the dealer wishes to negotiate the price, they made do so on their own discretion. The only disqualification is, if you choose to get warranty on contract during the purchase or tried to get the rebate offer. The banks clearly stated to me, that Rebates and negotiated price is two different things all together. Well the whole moral of this story is, after I have challenged Management on their reasoning of declining the sale price that was advertised with the APR promo Suzuki offers, they have now adjusted their online price from $8,599 to $9,499 on the same day. This just further Proves my suspicion of misleading tactics. I have also proof of their adjustment of the price they posted online, from Before and after with dates. Why the change?

I was only negotiating in good faith and I understand that a business must profit to survive. What I don't agree with is, misleading practices & advertisements. Now I see their true intentions and also see their 1 star reviews.

Note: Its unfortunate sales people follow managements lead. The sales person was just doing their job as I do understand there hands are tied. I also appreciate that the sales person at the dealer understood my point of view. I would have given him the deal,if it weren't for management. I will not pursue at this dealer, after I have noticed their price change and misleading tactics.

Deals will always be found. Patience is key and Winter month is coming as well.

My experience with Motorcycle Mall was excellent. I have been looking at the Can Am Spyder RT Limited for 2 years. Every time that I came in, the sales people have always been friendly and informative. Last spring I came in to looks at the trikes and I had the fortune of working with Kim Dave. She pointed me in the direction of the Motorcycle Riding Centers (Riverdale, NJ) 107 Newark Pompton Turnpike Riverdale, NJ 07457. The best decision I made since I was a beginner. Once I had the motorcycle endorsement on my license, I rented an RT through EagleRider Rentals in the mall. That was a great experience. Even with two cancellations I was treated well and I highly recommend it. Greg is the Best!!! A large part of the rental cost of the RT went towards my purchase. I made a very good deal with Kim, who I felt had my best interest in mind. Kim to care of me as though I was family. I kid you not. I am very pleased with the deal, and I look forward to getting my bike.

I towed my bike to the Motorcycle mall due to the immobilizer coming on. They kept my bike outside for a month and a half and absolutely nothing was done to it.

The service is terrible, they make up some dumb excuses not to call you back. They always say the guy working on it is either on vacation or out that day.

I am now spending $130 towing the bike back to my usual shop which has never let me down. I should have just done that in the first place, this place is terrible.

Choose a better area to service your bike, unless you need a place to store it for a month and a half without anything being done to it.

Never again !

Expensive.

Worst customer service, arrogance to the limits.

Told me that my bike should be ready the same day, but took three days. The job was a total of one and a half hour work. Really expensive labor cost, and while returning told me that I got away with a killer price. BS....... Never again MM.... I'm Sorry. Didnt want to give a bad review, but I had to let people know. One thing is admirable, and that is the beautiful showroom. Impressive. I wish the customer service was also as impressive.

I don't even know where to sta...

I don't even know where to start but I'll try to keep it brief. Bought a CBR 250 last spring without much of a hassle besides the 4 hour wait and leaving there after 8:00pm without and answer on the finance side. Next day I called them and everything worked out. This April, I stopped by for a pair of gloves and long story short came out with an Aprilia for my wife (and no gloves). First request was to get the bike lowered, even before taking it out of the dealer. Within 5 minutes I had a price of approximately $350 to have it done. A couple of days and many phone calls latter that price had changed to about $1200. Needless to say I was not going to give them that kind of money and decided to take the stock bike home and deal with it myself. (I handed up lowering the forks for $0 and ordered a lower rear shock for $799). I scheduled a 5:00pm pick up time for the next day to give them ample time to prep the bike. Next day went to pick up the bike and literally got out of there at 8:30 pm (1/2 hour after closing time). The excuse was that the bike's computer needed an update that took several hours to complete. I later found out they gave me the keys and books form another bike and had to reprogram everything in order to start the bike and make it work. (earlier that day I got a call from the sales guy asking me if I had the keys...?!?!) After all I finally got out of there with the bike and am very happy with it, but were my problems over? Of course not. A few weeks later I took it back for the first service (unfortunately they are the only Aprilia dealers in NJ so I had no choice ). When I looked at the registration I see the year 2001 instead of 2011. They also managed to screw that up somehow, but of course that was motor vehicles fault not theirs. When asked about it the reply was simple; "we sell a lot of bikes here". It wasn't until the end of June when I got my plate back! By now you would think I learned my lesson and stay away from these people. Well, after all this I was careless enough to take my brother and his girlfriend there to look at their showroom. Unfortunately, they both also bought bikes, and my brother had serious problems with them and had no bike for over 4 weeks due to a mechanical problem which they discarded fault. I am sure he will be writing a review soon. In summary, they have a nice showroom with plenty of bikes to choose from but THAT'S IT. You will have 5 sales guys on top of you the minute you walk in, but after you sign a deal or give them a deposit your nightmares will start! I seriously don't know how they made it this far, but I will definitely STAY AWAY and give my money to someone who appreciates my business and values their costumers.

Useless at best

Needed valve stems for rims for my car. They are a smaller diabeter that motorcycles often use. Pepboys called them for me and asked if they had any smaller stems and they said they do but don't guarantee that they will fit my rims. When I got there the parts guy showed little interest in helping me. I brought the rim in to even see what I was talking about. He said the system is based on type of motorcycle and that he didn't want to just keep trying stems for each type of bike hoping they would be the right size for the bike. I went home, went on their website and found 6 that fit my car's rims. I called their store and was put on hold 3 times to be transfered to the parts department. Waited 1/2 hour each time on hold before hanging up.

I can understand not being an expert on valve stems but the apathetic people there really is what got on my nerves. I found what I was looking for on their own website and didn't look them up by motorcycle brand. Should have just let me use their site while I was there and I could have found the part myself if they were too lazy to even browse for a couple minutes. They weren't using all the computers there anyway.

Thanx for nothing...

Horrible, Scammers, Liars, Unethical Business

Horrible place- a bunch of liars that STEAL your money. Don't sign ANYTHING until you read the fine print... If you had a bad experience- complain to Better Business Bureau, that's the only way to get back at them- since they laugh at you and call you a liar when you approach them... One star because I had to click at least one...

Horrible.. Watch every detail!!!!!!!!!

Nothing but problems at this place.. I was in the market for a boat and called them with a competitors price and they tod me they would match.. Went in and they ran the numbers to make them look so nice by putting the loan in for 120 months.. I didn't mind as I figured I would pay off anyway.. I went and signed the paper and later found out that they "forgot" to inform me that there was a $1200 fee for a trailer. Keep in mind the trailer was included in the sticker price that I negotiated for!!! They apologized and gave me the trailer for an EXTRA 315.00.... They tell me that they will include the extra 3 year warranty and write it on the pink slip.. I sign all the final documents and see that they put 0 for extended warranty which it should read 3. I also see they double charged me for the trailer.. I should have caught it earlier but every time I picked up the paper I kept getting told stories of how great boating is.. They are nothing but liars.. The boat was supposed to be detailed and prepped for when I went to sign papers but had to leave it overnight because they only started prepping while I was signing the papers and the boat was still filthy when I picked it up.. Worst 18,000 purchase ever.. I mean the boat is great.. But the experience was horrible.. I will never recommend them and I am actually planning on seeing my lawyer to see if there is something I can do.. Now they are closed for the holiday weekend so I have to wait until Monday to try and work out their mistakes.. Which I am sure they will try and screw me on being that papers are already signed.. I hate being taken advantage of. Why can't people just be honest.
