i.e., These people are totally incompetent. Took my car in twice after having 4 tires installed. Couldn't get it right. Took it to the dealer and they said that Pete never took off the original wheel weights, overinflated the tires, never tightened one lug nut and I lost the center cap after leaving the place. Refused to reimburse me for having the tires rebalanced at another location. This guy doesn't heat his building. His employees work with no heat. AWEFUL!
