This store sold me a fake chi that did not even work, while trying to return it they figured there was nothing they could do for me because I must have been to blame right? I know people do this sort of thing but I'm an honest customer who shops there frequently and they offered me nothing. They would never sale a fake..well they did.. to me. I'm out a 100$ and I trusted this store. I'm sure someone's having fun with that money because they did not supply the item. It's a shame I won't be going back again. I'm sure this is a rare case but somewhere along the line someone wasn't doing their job or decided they needed a nice iron. They can argue with me all day long but at the end of it I know for a fact what I paid to get and what I actually received. If they had actually done what they claimed and opened the boxes right off of the truck then this wouldn't have happened, I know they lied to me because I am looking at a fake broken chi right here. Either that or someone stole it. Don't recommend them anymore. Sad business. Ulta is a much better place to go and it's worth the drive.

When visiting this web site, I was trying to see what Sally's hours were, to no avail!! I even called the phone number listed, and there was no answer! Not even a recording to give me the information I needed. The only info the site gave me, was the locaton, and I already knew that.
