Very poor service from Rachael B. at Urban Flowers in Bay City, MI. Go to a reliable florist that is trust worthy. It may cost more in the end but you will be happy you went with the higher cost for better service.

I wouldn’t recommend this vendor to anyone. The owner didn't take notes at our meetings and didn't provide a detailed invoice after payment. Offered and accepted payment for services they didn't provide as discussed. The flower order was wrong and the final displays were much smaller and less appealing than the mockup that was shared with me weeks before.

The vendor didn't communicate before the wedding, didn't answer the phone and they never followed up with me after the wedding. When a response finally was offered the vendor blamed the bride (aka me, the customer) and took zero accountability for any of the problems.

The owner verbally offered a 100% refund if we weren't satisfied but then later said the job cost more than what was charged and paid and didn't honor any sort of refund.

Use caution when using this vendor and document everything!!!

Our florist sent an email to review if we were happy and if we would honestly recommend her. Not only did they take care of our daughters wedding, I can call her whenever I'm feeling like brightening up my home. I would highly recommend this company. They have been helpful to our family since 2009. Thank you! And hello to Jules, the delivery person, she is a hoot!

I was asked by my florist to write a review if I was happy with their work. And I have to say, my Wedding at Apple Moutain was a dream. She went above and beyond for my husband and myself. With little surprises all around. The bar area was covered and we didn't even talk about that. I would highly recommend this florist for a Wedding or sending out a special arrangement. Oh and for floral crowns. They made one for our flower girl that was outstanding!

Shameful that anyone can post a bad review about a business. I wouldn't recommend this app to find a business. When a person can blatantly lie about a business. When an app can post a business with the wrong address and phone number and force you to pay them to fix it when you didn't ask for it in the first place? What a sad world.
