Yeah they are a little delinquent but the price is right. I've been with them for 15 years and there's only been a couple times our trash has been missed. Knowing how operating old equipment is i understand if something breaks down it throws the schedule off. Sorry to hear that others have had problems.

If you need a large dumpster this is a great company to rent one from .... However their weekly pick up service has much to be desired... We have been customers for over 3 years now ... We are constantly over charged and about every 3 month they don't pick up our trash for weeks on end several phone call have to be made In order for it to get picked up... Then they want to charge us for the extra bags that sit next to the dumpster (news flash if the garbage was picked up every week we would not have additional bags) ... Really frustrating ....

We have been using Sunny Bay for a year now and have never had any issues with them. Today, I had forgotten to take my garbage can to the curb. Instead of passing us by, the guy came all the way up my long drive to get the can himself. I thought that was great service - I don't think they are required to do that. I would recommend them to anyone.

Horrible. We signed up to get service & paid for the 3 months. They pick-up alright the first week. The second week - they didn't pick-up & we called. They said they'd said they send someone for it, but didn't. Not even on week 3 did it get picked-up. I believe it was finally picked-up with an additional trip on week 4 with several phone calls from us in between. Thus we cancelled the service & called about a refund of the remaining 2 months - but never received it to this day & it has now been over a year with several phone calls to Sunny Bay. Each time we are assured we should receive it within 2 weeks.
