Dear 2ridgebacks, We can understand the frustration of not getting the service you were in need of. Being able to have a place that you can trust your beloved pets with is so very important to their good health and your peace of mind. Every person who calls All Pets for any service-Dr.appointments, boarding,grooming,etc. is and has always been "first come, first serve." We have NEVER held a boarding kennel/run/condo for anyone. That would be a very costly business practice, unfair, and unethical. There is no such "priority list" at All Pets. As a courtesy to anyone who needs to book elsewhere, we happily take the time to fax over records to another clinic that can accommodate. Being the best at something does keep one in high demand and it is true that we book up quickly! However, it has never been due to holding space for certain clients.
