The personnel and staff are very helpful and polite. I would reccommend anytime !

You would have better luck and better service and do more for your car by hiring a thousand monkeys with a thousand sledge hammers. The staff is painfully ignorant and woefully incompetent. Not only did they try to tell me my engine needed replacement, but it needed replacement because it was rusted out. Curiously, aluminum doesn't rust but hey, apparently at PEP Boys in Baldwin, the laws of physics just don't apply. Save your money and do your blood pressure a favor and take your car and your business elsewhere.
