After telling me it would cost about $1000 to rebuild my differential they come back and tell me its gonna be $2500 and after i refused to get the work done he told me to take me car as it was with the parts in a cardboard box and still charged me $475 and i had to have my car towed away. Stay away from this place they will cheat you

This transmission shop treated me right and gave me a great rebuild price. I did have some prices already before I called here and after talking to David over the phone, I felt like the best option for me would be to take my truck here. He was easy to talk to, really knew a lot about transmissions, and the price range was right where I could afford it.

David and his crew are awesome! They were so helpful with getting my Cadillac back to me quickly and at a very good price. I had called around before going here just to kind of feel other shops out, and David was definitely the friendliest over the phone and I felt the most comfortable with sending my car there.

My Cadillac Escalade was leaking transmission fluid in my driveway so I brought it into Reliable Transmissions for their free inspection that they offer just to get some more advice. Really great service at this transmission shop. They took great care of me and my Dodge Ram 2500 when I lost reverse. From the inspection all the way to completing the repair David kept me informed of every step in the transmission repair. Very professional and positive experience at this transmission shop. My Chrysler Town & Country van was shifting too hard and they took a look at it for free for me, and the same day they had a diagnosis. When I got my van back a few days later it was shifting like it should again and driving great!

They rebuilt my transmission, rebuilt my rear differential and replaced my axles. It was a one stop shop for all the repairs I was needing, and the time frame that they did it in was awesome.

I must say that I've had a few bad experiences in the past with auto repair shops trying to take you for a ride, but that did not happen here at this shop after dropping my Dodge Ram 1500 off for a transmission repair and AC repair. The manager was very honest and upfront with me from the start, giving me numerous scenarios of what repairs I may need, and offered to look at my truck for free to give me a better idea. He came back with a total repair price that I was surprised at because it was what I was hoping to spend, and also the warranty was one I felt good about. Overall, I left here feeling like I got a fair auto repair and would definitely go back in the future.

I brought my 04 Lexus RX330 into this shop to see if I needed some transmission repair work done on it. This was my first time needing any major repairs, so I was a little skeptical since I didn't now a lot about transmission repairs. I must say though that David was very good at explaining the repairs that I needed, and why I needed them, and even showed me some of the bad parts so I could see for myself. I was impressed with this shop and glad I came here for my transmission repair.

My breaks had been going bad for a while now and I finally stopped on my way to work at this shop. I didn't know if they could do that repair, but they did the same day and I had my car back after work.

I was very impressed with their customer service here, not only did they offer a free inspection before any work was done or any money was paid, but they came in on the weekend for me to pick up my truck after it was finished, and helped my wife who was having car issues at the time too.
