I was very impressed. These people really knew my Nortel phone system.They were so much better that the last company we had.They included a 5 year warranty on our new phones at no extra cost. Parts and labor ! They were a few bucks more per hour but they were here half the time.They never had to get out the book and learn on my time like the others.That always ticks me off !They really knew the voicemail as well. Very well dressed and articulate. I felt like I could trust them right away in my office. I give them a thumbs up.
