The worst customer service ever. No, They are not true to they advertisements. That is true that if you speak to a supervisor they always say "Sorry we cant help you with that or our hands are tied". The worst phone company ever..........If you get service with them you would know what I am talking about. Do not recommend it!!!!!!!!!

THIS IS A HORRIBLE PHONE COMPANY. I BOUGTH A PHONE ON LINE AND THE PHONE WAS SUPPOSSED TO COME WITH A REBATE OF 50.00. I CALLED THE PHONE COMPANY AND THEY TOLD ME THAT I WAS GOING TO RECEIVE THE REBATE IN 45DAYS. SO I CALLED IN 46DAYS LATER AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY COULD NOT HELP ME ANYMORE BECAUSE MY PHONE WAS SUPPOSSED TO BE MAILED WITH THE REBATE. SO I WAS SCREWED BY CRICKET AND I DID NOT GET MY 50.00 BACK. EVERY TIME THAT I WOULD CALL AND TRY TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR MY LINE WOULD GET CUT OFF OR HANG UPS. SOME REPS. WOULD TAKE MY NAME AND PH# AND THEY WOULD TELL ME THAT I SUPERVISOR WAS GOING TO CALL ME BACK AND I WOULD NEVER RECEIVE A CALL BACK FROM A SUPERVISOR. THEY WOULD LIE TO ME JUST TO GET ME OFF THE LINE. I WOULD ALWAYS HAVE EXTRA CHARGES ON MY MONTHLY BILL.
