They knew exactly what pressure you ask for and just the right amount of pressure to work out the problem areas. They take the time to find out where your trouble spots are and work on them with the intention to make them disappear.

I bought a Living Social Voucher (too bad they dont email to let you know it's about to expire) and it had just expired when I remembered about it. I contacted Body Relax Spa to ask about using it still, and they said yes, but I would have to pay the difference for full-price (no discount, in other words). That to me shows bad customer service. Whether I had used the voucher before or after expired, it is the same difference. In my life I've used expired coupons before by accident, and the company still honored it...because they want happy and repeat customers. I wasn't even a first-time customer and certainly won't be a return one.

Also, you can find the general restrictions and information on the voucher that is "If voucher not redeemed by expiration date, you may still redeem the voucher for the actual money paid for up to 5 years". This is a advertisement on the Morgan's Deals, and this is a limited time special offer. Unfortunately, your voucher is expired, but we can still redeem the voucher for the actual money paid. In fact, we didn't do anything wrong. Some customers' voucher is expired several days. They came to our spa and told us, and we just gave them massage without any charge. In your case, we can only redeem it as the actual money paid because it already expired two month.
