I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Austin, Texas. I approach therapy as a safe place for people to talk about their experience. Through talking, we come to deeper awareness of the undesirable patterns in our lives and gain strength to shift those patterns. I have over 15 years of experience working with adults, families, young adults and adolescents. My services include individual, couple, group and family therapy.
