I called in and spoke with Sylvia in customer care. She was very informative, kind and considerate of what I was looking for. Upon completion of my call, the manager of the store closest to my home called and wanted to know additional information from me and offered me a lower price on boxes to beat any competitor pricing that I had previously called on. I though it was very thoughtful of her. Usually, calls like this are annoying, but it was only obvious she was trying to satisfy an inquiring customer. Thank you Sylvia and Angela. :)
