When our chairs were delivered they told us that they would not bring the chairs up 8 stairs to the event. “You paid for delivery, and we’ve delivered them”. When they came to pick up the chairs they were complaining that we didn’t have the chairs stacked and ready for them to pick up. One of them actually yelled st I be ready f the groomsmen who dropped a chair while helping to stack them and then asked him “do you want to take it outside”. Unbelievably rude.
