I'm so glad I got my lipo done at Sono Bello! Great staff, great surgeon, great results! I did a lot of research (for about 5 years) and still was nervous. They were able to make me feel comfortable before, after and during the procedure. I love Dr. Bedford and her staff. She's amazing! I see results already and it's only been 3 weeks. At the one week appointment you get new smaller compression garments (like Spanx) and I enjoy wearing them. My results are good as of today but according to them I can expect more in 2-4 months. I'm more motivated now than ever to exercise and eat better. I'm really glad I did this!

Thinking about my experience at Sonobello in Atlanta Ga. it would be hard not to write a 16 chapter book on how great of a service I received from this particular office. It is not easy for me to admit that I deal with anxiety especially when I have to go through any medical procedure. My consultation appointment with Sahar was great. I had a small window of when I could get my procedure done and she really went out of her way to make it happen. I was met by Monique on the day of my procedure who was Dr. Jones’ nurse. She was so friendly, reassuring and really took care of me. Dr. Jones was great (I wish I could say more but I don’t really remember lol). My best experience was with Robert at my 1st appointment after my procedure. I am huge on customer service and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate him for taking his time to make sure every ? was answered, every concern diminished and very reassuring about my end results. And I would be remised if I didn’t mention the girls at the front desk who were very friendly and made sure my paperwork and appointments were all in order. As you can see there is a lot to write about. In conclusion, if you are looking for great customer service, affordable pricing and great results, come here!!!!
