Provided by YP.comI wish I didn't have to give a star at all. Most of positive reviews I've read speak to the service department or purchasing a new Honda. My poor experience had not been a fluke as I tried communicating via their online chat, internet sales representative, and in person with another sales rep. Each time I asked specific questions relating to a used car on their lot and fees associated with a purchase (beyond tax, tag, title fees) - the three sales reps all pushed for me to come in/come back in rather than simply answering my questions. With my work schedule being the same as their operating hours, I cannot justify taking off work if this team can't at least answer the few questions I had. My suggestion to do the bulk of discussions and address my inquiries via email or phone had been dismissed entirely, only to be told to come in for the info I sought. One of the reps repeatedly told me, "I've looked on the internet and this is the lowest price I could find" - this comment should never be relied upon as it's relative. Mileage, factory upgrade options, etc. are just a couple examples of what makes that comment one a sales rep should never say. The only site that should be referenced is Kelly Blue Book. Their pushy, high pressure sales tactic is despicable to say the least and so many dealerships have learned to do away with these practices. Buyers beware of what you would be walking into when doing business with Curry Honda: unbearable, inflexible, pushy sales team and prices well over KBB values. It's a good idea to pull KBB and Carfax information with desired car's VIN before going into any dealership to help avoid overpaying; run from dealerships like Curry Honda that only use these sources when it benefits them, preventing the buyer from benefiting as well.

Provided by YP.comAssociates at Curry Honda definitely take care of their customers.
I bought my Honda Accord from them. Ron in sales went out of his way to help me.
I always take my car for service there, and they don't try to up sell you anything. Would definitely recommend them.

Provided by YP.comWe bought our Honda Fit from Curry Honda and they have been taking good care of us
and our car. The price for their service is reasonable and I have never the feeling that they are talking you into services you do not need.

Provided by YP.comUsually they finish the job within the time they say it takes. Their service people seem to be very knowledgeable. They have a driver(s) who can take you lunch while you are waiting. If you go there late, they may not have time to service your vehicle on that day.

Provided by YP.comLet me start out by stating that I’m thoroughly dissatisfied with Honday Curry. Below, I will objectively explain why I perceive Honda Curry to be sub-par in terms of service quality and customer satisfaction:
1. Body shop: I dropped my car off on a Friday morning, as they don’t operate on the week-ends and I wanted to have my car back as soon as possible. The lady at the front explained to me that they may or may not be able to start work on the car right away. The estimator indicated that he’d pull the car into the garage and call me with an estimate. After several hours I had not yet heard back from him so I called. He explained to me that they were busy and he had not yet gotten to my car. He explains that if the parts aren’t available right away, they’d have to order them so it may take until Tuesday before my car will be ready for pick-up.
When I asked whether I could retrieve my car so that I could at least drive it over the week-end, they tell that it’s not possible as they’ve already disassembled my car.
On Monday they call me and state that my car many not be ready until Tuesday, indicating that there was yet another part that wasn’t in stock and that they needed to order it from the warehouse. On Wednesday I get a call indicating it would take as long as Friday. Friday afternoon they call to let me know the car is ready for pick-up.
I show up at the body shop on Saturday morning to pick up the car, finally, and start the ignition. My car’s “check airbag” message comes on. As part of the repairs to my car, they replaced the airbag sensor. This was the part that was not available when they called on Tuesday. The estimator tells me that no technician works on Saturday and that I’d have to wait until Monday of next week. I explain that that’s not acceptable and ask to speak to the manager. He calls the manager and leaves a voice mail. Meanwhile, he rounds up someone who can look into the “check airbag” message. He states that as a result of the tsunami in Japan the part manufacturer has changed, and that the latter sent out communication alerting the Honda dealerships of a potential defect in their parts.
The estimator explains that since the part is not in stock onsite, he’d have to order it over the week-end and that my car won’t be ready until Tuesday. Now I’m losing yet another week-end because Honda Curry can’t get their act together. I ask whether they have a shuttle service that could drive me home. He calls the service department to arrange for the shuttle.
2. Overall ratings:
Overall impression: Aside from the two staff members at Honda Curry, I got the impression that most employees are simply there to perform their duties and but not in such a way to represent their company and employer in the best, positive light possible. I got the impression that they don’t care about their customers.
Overall satisfaction: 0
Overall quality of services received: 0 (for both customer service as well as actual services rendered)
Would I buy another car from them? No
Would I seek them out for any future issue/repairs? No
Would I recommend Honda Curry to any of my friends, family members or colleagues? No

Provided by YP.comThis place is horrible. They could care less about the customers. Nice hidden fees for new cars and prices not competitive.
Hope your Honda doesnt fail like mine, the service area will gouge you. Ask for help? Sorry your past warranty. You expected your HONDA to last? Oh well too bad.

Provided by YP.comOur time here was pleasant. Telio was a great salesman. He worked hard to make a deal and just as we said no thank you, he went back up to the manager and worked our deal out. I am a very satisfied customer!

Provided by YP.comThis was the easiest and most hassle-free car purchase I've ever experienced. Troy Delgado went straight to the best price - one that two other dealerships couldn't touch. It was a refreshingly professional transaction, I would buy again from them.

Provided by YP.comVery, very good and quick service. Troy worked with me to get a reasonable price where both sides felt comfortable. Got a good price on my trade in as well. All in all great experience.

Provided by YPmobilemy girlfriend bought her car from this dealership and they talked her into buying a civic hybrid, big mistake. within two years of having it they put two new catalytic converters in the car, the last one was put in january of 09. not even a year later the engine light comes on, so i took it up to curry, the guy plugged it in and said the code is your catalytic converter. i told him a new one had just been put in, he went and looked at the history, shut the engine light off and said you are ok for now. a couple of months later it came back on, so i went back to curry and the guy said its the catalytic converter. he went to the computer and said that the converter was no longer under warranty and we would have to replace it and it would cost us $1000. i said but they just put a new one in and we were covered under warranty last time i was here. to make a long story short, it wasnt the converter, it was the oxygen sensor that they over looked and our transmission was also messed up, they said it never had a transmission fluid change and my girlfriend always took it to them to have serviced. because of them over looking things our car has been crappy, not to mention, the guy also told me the hybrids are nortorious for the catalytic converter to go out easy and other things. now the air conditioner doesnt work. i am here to tell you, DO NOT BUY A HONDA, HONDA HYBRID, ANYTHING, AND ESPECIALLY FROM THIS PLACE!
