Pictures were taken to document any damage and conditions at the time. Thankfully no damaged to your furniture was detected at the time of notification. While there was small amount of water in the unit no damage was indicated by you at that time. Because a large gash was found in the roof we needed to repair the unit. I asked you to move to a unit close by and assisted with that process at the same time I was taking pictures in order to determine the extent of water in the unit and on your things.
