Horrible customer service. Staff refused to release car title even after the loan was paid off. They requested a copy of the cancelled check, but they also said that they could see it clear in their system. They have no idea what they are doing. Try another credit union or an online bank like Ally.

The automated service number is just another way to keep customers from "bothering" lazy employees at this establishment. I really needed help and all I got was the run around with this stupid number. I have to drive over to this place just to get this situation resolved. Lousy.
