I believe these people to be competent, responsible and responsive. Intake is good and appears to be careful. Car work was on time, as advertised and interior was clean (no greasy smudges, etc) There were several recommendations for more and higher priced work that added hundreds of dollars to the bill but perhaps this was valid! One of the mechanical problems has returned (apparently, it was due to some cause other than the one originally diagnosed) The future dealings with the company will determine whether this is a pattern or an isolated incident. All companies make mistakes. What separates the good ones from the bad ones are how they handle the customer's follow-on complaint. I believe these people are ethical.
