I called Arlington Heights Florist to talk to someone at the shop to design a special arrangement for a friend (and willing to pay over $100 to make it extra special). The arrangement was mediocre at best (comparable an arrangement they advertise for $30). It did not contain the flowers I requested and arrived with roses in full bloom (which means that this arrangement will not last more than a day). Over the phone and on-line buyers beware: felt like I was taken for a ride.

The atmospher was very friendly. All members of Arlington Nissan dealership were willing to help us. We had great experience that totally satisfied our needs. We will recomend Arlington Nissan to our friends.

The purchase experience went very well. My sales advisor test drove two vehicles with me to better help decide what I wanted to purchase. Then we made a deal on the vehie and he showed me everything in the car while we were waiting on finance and then we signed all the paperwork and took the car from there. My sales advisor Esteban was excellent, if I ever need to buy a car again I would go straight back to him.

Everyone was very helpful. I know it can be a long day and not sure that could have been helped, but being there 4 hours is my only real complaint. The cost of my certified used car was an awesome deal that I was and am very pleased with!

I'm very much impressed with the way Norman treated us and also the finalizing the deal. Not like other dealers irritating with multiple negotiations. Really I bought the car for his treatment to us. I also specially want to thank the finance manager 'yegor Azarov' he is very much helpful in understanding the finance terms and warranty. A big thanks to both of them.

When we returned to the store the service was excellent and I had the impression they were doing everything to help out with the purchase. We left with the vehicle and have been happy with it and the service we received since.

Both Sam and RJ made sure that I got the information I needed to make an informed decision. In addition, there was open and honest (refreshing) exchange of my needs and what Arlington Nissan could do to satisfy them. I believe I got a reasonably fair deal that was good for both parties. Further, Sam was great about answering my questions and even helping me one evening subsequent to the purchase when I was having trouble operating the voice phone system. Thank you.

I called Nissan while I was at work j.j and Alex were both helping me with my problem. I arrived at Nissan around 3:30 and they had all the papers and numbers ready that I needed. I wanted to stay in a SUV which I thought would be impossible but they made it possible. They are amazing and very friendly! I can't wait to go back in a couple years to upgrade!!! Already have some family members talking about going to the dealership!! Honesty is very hard to find in te car business these guys were so honest and helpful they put my wants and needs first! 10 across the board!!!

Everyone was very friendly and willing to work with me. The most important part was that no one was overly pushy. I felt no pressure, but then I did come in there to buy a car, and I did get exactly what I wanted.

It was a good experience of buying the cars. Was able to drive a car out in 5 hours. They could have given a better deal in terms of price.

Excellent service and outstanding experience. Mark Jiles sold me on my car and he's the reason why I decided to get my car there. I was disappointed with the service department forgetting to call me about the sunroof. I waited over a week for them to call me and they didn't call me when Mark said they would. I had to call in to get the issue FINALLY looked at. Once that happened, the service was great.

I received two large floral arrangements in one day.. both had white and red roses. Within a few days they flopped and died. I called to inform the florist and their response was that some roses do that!

I told them I never had roses die as quickly...they said well, that is the way it is . I told them I would never purchase flowers from them again. The response was "ok" and the woman hung up! Don't recommend a company that doesn't care what their customers think or about the quality of their product!
