I am so glad that I found this agency! They are always friendly and helpful and are quick to respond if I ever need assistance. Everyone in the office greets me by name and they call me each year on my birthday to invite me in to pick out a birthday gift. I feel comfortable knowing that I am getting the best service possible for my money.

Diane's office also supports local schools and events, which is an added bonus for me since my niece attends one of the schools that Diane supports.

I recommend this insurance office to all of my friends and family! (And each time that I refer someone for a quote, Diane's office gives me a $10 gift card!)

This is the best insurance agency ever! I needed help over the weekend and I was able to reach Diane at home. Also, everyone in that office is always friendly and helpful. I also appreciate it that Diane supports the local schools that my children attend.

At first they were great. Then the customer service started to seriously lapse. I couldn't get phone calls returned and when I really needed to change my policy I couldn't reach them. Then when I did finally get ahold of them they neglected to tell me extremely important information about my account. When I spoke to the manager, he was very unhelpful and stuttered through the whole conversation pretty unwilling to do anything. I do not recommend this agency and I was extremely dissatisfied.
