I’ve been to Perkins many times. The service has always been great; the food very delicious with a larger variety offered; and an atmosphere that is warm and friendly. I like the fact that the restaurant offers a senior menu. I never feel rushed even if I want to linger with a friend.

Food was Good, the manager was the issue. He was in a terrible mood, not very friendly, was very unprofessional looking at his phone while talking to other customers, he looked as if the only reason why he asked how it was-was cuz he had too.

Thank you for being understanding. I have waitressed before and am normally not too upset with restaurant service. There can be good reasons behind things. On this particular Sunday I neglected to inform the waitress we were in a hurry and it was so busy it took almost half an hour to get our food and we had to leave. The manager felt bad and boxed up our food to go but would not let me pay for it. I am forever grateful to that manager who went above and beyond for his customer. He did not have to be so kind but he was. I will return there. THANK YOU AGAIN.
