      DO NOT get outpatient surgery here. 1) every other patient in pre-op will have all of your personal information because you can hear everything going on in the other rooms. 2) I have had many surgeries in the past, but have never before woken to being verbally attacked by 6 nurses for having complications while under anesthesia. Then they would not tell me what the problem was. When pressed, they threatened me. The nurses treat patients worse than animals. I am still having nightmares about my experience.

      The Emergency Department (ED) at Community Hospital Anderson is a 17-bed unit that provides 24-hour emergency care for serious and sudden illness and/or injury and trauma. Community Hospital Anderson is a verified Level III trauma center designated by the state of Indiana, meaning that we are equipped to handle serious traumatic injuries. Community Anderson is the only hospital in the county with all board-certified emergency physicians. The emergency department also provides Joint Commission recognized stroke care, neurosurgical and cardiac care to those in emergent situations.
