I used their services about a year ago and they are CON ARTISTS when it comes to appraising artwork. I work at a Law Office and i needed an art appraiser for a client. They went to her home, took a deposit and never did any of the work. I called them on numerous occasions and they kept directing me to call other people and other phone numbers because they could not locate the person that accepted her deposit. I had his name and I called the company asking for him, he picked up and when I told them it was about a refund, he stated there was a guy with the same name that use to work for them and that it was not him.



They are very polite when you are first contacting them and inquiring about new jobs but the minute they take your money, no one can be reached. I sent letters which were never answered, I emailed, and I called about 20 times before I gave up. The last few times they started hanging up on me when I told them where I was calling from. My client never got the appraisals or her money back. Whatever you do, dont go to these guys, they are liars and cheats.
