After Sears Service made us wait 8 days for an appointment to fix our washer and dryer, then failed to show up for the appointment, and would make us wait ANOTHER 11 days for their makeup appointment (rather than give us top priority), we looked locally for a SuperGuarantee Program participant. Arva Appliance Service is only two or three miles away. I called on Sunday at 9:45 AM and they were here at 10:50 AM! They fixed our two minor problems in 20 minutes and for a reasonable price. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional. I've learned my lesson -- I'll call Arva first the next time!
