I had oil changes for over a year and was pleased with the service. Then a repair was recommended and my sense was that it was necessary, I was glad that they got me in that day as I was going to be making a trip, fee $140. Then the next oil change they recommended another repair and gave me a quote of $600, the next time they made a big deal about it and now the quote was $1200 for same repair, and they said they could no longer change my oil as it would be a liability. They lied about truck using oil as I had checked it before I went in. I went for a second opinion to a shop I have used and know to be ethical. The repair could be done, would be $400 and not urgent. I regret that I can no longer use their services as they have resorted to lying to me for unnecessary repair at high price.
