The best pizza and salad in the world.

I HAVE TO SAY, THEY ARE GOOD. BUT I THINK THEIR SALADS ARE PRICEY AND YOU HAVE TO GET ONE CUS THATS WHAT'S GOOD.Mmmmm THE CHEESE, OMG THE CHEESE. ENJOY BUT PAY A LOT BY THE TIME YOU GET OUT OF THERE.

i love luigis !! while it is a little pricey its great home style Italian. I love that its open very late for us second shifters. my husband and i can go and only spend about 25 bucks. we split a double salad with cheese, split a large lasagna, and i always have to get a meatball. i love their meatballs. i get meatball casserole when i want to splurge. their homemade bread is really good too. im not a fan of the pizza even though its supposed to be award winning. if you're in akron luigis is a must

Bad service andpoor quality food

we got ravioli from Luigi's last weekend and included the salad w/cheese.

For $40 for 3 meals it was TERRIBLE! I would have been better with frozen ravioli and Ragu sauce. It is not what it used to be. The "meat sauce" had about 2 bites of meat in it. I will not be back. Great for the nostalgia, but terrible food.

Love the salad with cheese. I have Luigi's withdrawal if I'm away too long.

I'll start by stating the negatives: long lines often, can't pay with a card, semi expensive. However, with all those taken into account, this is still 5 star pizza. I can't judge the other items on the menu because I always get cheese salad and a pizza, and the pizza is still hands down the best in Akron to me. They also do pickup orders. A beer, cheese salad, pizza, and spamoni = delicious meal.

It's a great gathering place and an Akron favorite for years but I think the food is way overpriced for what you get and the service is slow. They are open late for the after bar crowd and they serve beer and wine. The quality of the food is middle of road.
